Susan Kelly

Susan is a strategic communications leader focused on positioning companies and leaders, driving transformation, shaping culture and engaging workforces.

She brings deep expertise in navigating complex transformation, employee engagement and advocacy, as well as communications for mergers, acquisitions and sustainability. She has also led crisis and reputation management programs and partnered closely with executive leaders on thought leadership, digital engagement and internal communications. She has led global teams responsible for internal and external communications across more than 90 countries.

She is passionate about the power of communication to align organisations around purpose and strategy, and to build cultures that enable long-term value creation. She particularly enjoys the challenge of designing communication and engagement strategies that help employees and organisations move forward in complex and high-stakes situations.

Susan has served on the board of the European Association of Communication Directors since 2022. Her experience spans education, agriculture, engineering and automation IT. She is based in Switzerland and has lived in Australia, the UK, the US and New Zealand. Outside work, she enjoys travelling and hiking, most often with family and friends.
